Refund policy

At Roll Out Nest Box, we understand that sometimes, things don't go as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a self-serve return under the following conditions:

1. 30-Day Return Window:

• You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Unused Items:

• We accept returns for unused items only. Items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.  Custom size nesting pads are non-returnable.

3. Return Shipping Cost:

• Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Restocking Fee:

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, restocking, and processing returned items.

5. Used Items:

• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage cannot be returned.
